Basic maintenance service plan covers 2 service calls per month($150 value) for 12 months($1800 value). No extra fees for after hours emergencies. Complimentary lockout service up to 3 per property per month($900 value). Enjoy Preferred client status, get put ahead of general public calls, no line waiting. (Preferred client list=the short list) Receive basic maintenance year round, with no service fees. Basic maintenance consists of a walkthrough 4 times a year. Each walkthrough will cover inspection of faucets, drains, drain plugs, toilet hardware and valves, washer and dryer hookup fittings and drains, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, garbage disposal, outlets and switches, ceiling fans, windows and window coverings, thermostat, vents and registers, doors and hardware, cabinets and hardware, hot water heater and fittings, smoke/CO2 alarms, shut off valves and supply valves. Final overall grading of domicile from 1 to 10. 10 being immaculate/pristine condition. 1 being in bad disrepair/damaged.
Walkthrough assessment does not cover cost of repairs only the proper maintenance advice of a 20 yr pro to keep your properties up to date and within the federal and state guidelines for pre-zoned residential rental properties.(Walkthrough assessment $500 value)
